- While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please expect a 24 to 48 hour period for order processing. Shipping occurs once the item is prepared. If an item is not in stock, you'll be notified by email.
- If anything is on back-order, and we have other ordered items in stock, we can send out what we have immediately. We'll contact you when the back-ordered items arrive and ship them to you at no extra charge.
- You will be charged immediately after you submit you payment information and approved.
- If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
- The listed shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The package recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee, and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.
Returns and Refunds
Our goal at LOOKSOREAL is to ensure your complete satisfaction. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it's exactly what you were expecting.
If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for the full purchase price minus shipping and handling fees.
Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.
Return the item in its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. As noted, shipping, insurance, and handling charges are non refundable.
Items that are special ordered can not be returned or exchanged. Please inspect your products carefully upon receipt and contact a representative immediately at info@looksoreal.com should you have any questions or need to return or exchange the item. In order to be accepted, packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
When Returning an Item:
- Contact LOOKSOREAL.COM to notify us that your item is being returned. You will be given a return number that associates with your purchase.
- Repack the item in the original packing materials and send it in a PROTECTIVE package. We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecured packaging. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.
- Exchanges received after 30 days will NOT be exchanged or refunded

Refund Processing
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 7 to 14 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Again, please attempt to return every item with all of its original materials. If you have any questions, contact one of our customer service representatives.

- Items that have been resized or altered, engraved, appear to be worn or damaged in any way are non-returnable.
- LOOKSOREAL.COM cannot be responsible for return shipments that have been damaged or lost.
- Shipping fees on all orders are non-refundable
- Clearance Items (Final Sale items) are NON-REFUNDABLE and EXEMPT from our 30-day policy.
